Confession: I have never eaten rhubarb. (That link takes you to an absolutely dizzying site all about rhubarb.) (Which includes lyrics to “The Rhubarb Tart Song”.) (I’m not kidding.) Last week, early-bird Jen made tasty looking rhubarb muffins. Loved by moms, maybe loved by toddlers… Inspired by Jen’s experiment, I decided to make rhubarb the ingredient of the week.
